History

Richard Soper, Company Director of Soper Bathroom Solutions started his career making teas and sweeping floors in a large showroom in Southend on Sea, Essex. He went on to represent the company for 3 consecutive years at the Ideal Home exhibition in Earls Court, London. Progressing rapidly over time to learn all aspects of the bathroom trade and became an accomplished designer and installer.

He worked at two showrooms, as manager in one before catching a flight to Australia where he worked in the bathroom and Kitchen Design Department for a major Sydney showroom as a Senior Design Consultant. Following this he moved with the same company to Auckland in New Zealand where he designed quality bathrooms and kitchens. Returning to the United Kingdom five years later from gaining wide experience and becoming further skilled at all aspects of the Bathroom and Kitchen trade.

Building upon his experience and his wish to provide excellent customer service he established Soper Bathroom Solutions Limited with his family.

Operating Procedures

  • Having received an enquiry, contact customer.
  • Arrange visit with customer.
  • Discuss preferences, styles, sizes and design options.
  • Provide written quote with full break down.
  • Discuss proposal.
  • Once entirely happy with all pricing and schedule of works, pay deposit.
  • Order bathroom goods, materials and skip.
  • Commence installation
  • Once bathroom is delivered to site the balance of the goods invoice is to be settled in full as the showrooms will be paid at delivery to your premises.
  • Large jobs only: At end of week 1 a stage payment will be required to cover materials and sundries used.
  • Completion of bathroom
  • Final inspection with customer
  • Final balance to be settled in full
  • Customer satisfaction form to be collected at follow up courtesy visit.
